Soulclick is a product of Marketing Monkeys GmbH - A Swiss-based MarTech agency specialized in web development, marketing automation and e-commerce.
Soulclick sets new standards in digital fundraising and enables even small charities to run first-class donation portals, automations and much more.
Which arguments speak for Soulclick?
The online donation market has been quite limited in its offering: donation forms were severely limited in terms of flexibility, data ownership and automation capabilities, and expensive to operate.
We created a new standard to online donations: cheaper, more efficient and more flexible. With Soulclick, complete digital worlds can be created - For more emotional experiences and stronger donor interactions. For all those who wish to build their own, independent solution.
Is Soulclick exclusively for Non Profits?
Our solution is suitable for nonprofit organizations and charities across a wide range of sectors. We work with assocations, foundations, clubs, cooperatives and federations in the firleds of culture, sports, politics, development aid and many more.

Which product suits me?
Your wishes and fundraising goals will primarily determine your choice - we'll be glad to provide counselling on your choice.
In general, we recommend smaller charities to start with Soulclick Smart (donation form) or Soulclick Form (donation portal). Later, the products can be upgraded and expanded step by step anyways.
Soulclick Web is a comprehensive e-commerce solution and leaves nothing to be desired. The product is especially suitable for medium and large aid organizations, clubs and associations that aim at an own donation portal without having to develop everything themselves.
What technology is Soulclick built on?
Soulclick is not based on one technology only but on a variety of frameworks, programming languages and technologies that are brought together in the Soulclick Manager.
The core, our donation portal was developed on the open-source framework Django (Python). All customers receive individual CMS access and can also realize their web development on our framework.
Anyways, each product can be customized and tailored to your individual needs.
Is the software suited for high donation volumes?
Soulclick is equally suited for small and large organizations with low or high traffic and transaction volumes. The software has been penetration tested under difficult conditions and runs safely and reliably even at large volumes.
The integrated payment solution is used in large corporate applications and is highly scalable. It meets the highest security standards (PCI Level 1) and is regularly audited by companies, auditors and the PCI committee.
With regard to hosting, updates and back-ups, we will be happy to take a look at your individual situation and, if desired, create a customized service offering.
Where is Soulclick hosted?
Soulclick accounts are hosted on Swiss cloud servers provided by Exoscale. These servers operate solely on renewable energy sources, specifically hydroelectric power. Upon request, we also offer European hosting options.
Our infrastructure undergoes regular backups, security checks, and is fully compliant with both European and Swiss data protection laws. This ensures not only the highest security standards but also adherence to all relevant legal requirements.
What fees apply?
Soulclick charges an initial, one-time license fee (e.g. 4'500 Swiss Francs for Smart). During operations, the following fixed costs apply:
- Payment fees 1,2% - 1,4%
- Payment token: 0,3 CHF (per token)
- Fixed SLA fee (monthly)
- Individual support & serivce efforts
Soulclick is funded solely based on fixed license fees (initial + SLA) and does not charge any transaction-based fees. The SLA packages are mandatory and include licenses, operating costs, updates, upgrades and service availability. Payment fees will be charged directly by the payment providers and billed centrally.
Due to lower payment fees, you'll save up to 12 Swiss Francs per online donation - We'll be happy to prepare an individual comparison for your case.
What support is offered?
We offer various standard and also individual service level agreements for the operation, maintenance and support of Soulclick.
In any case, our team is there for you: You may call, email or open an online ticket - Our support team is located in Switzerland and speaks English, German, French and Italian.
In addition, our team will be glad to assist you in day-to-day affairs - Therfore we offer actively managed SLAs (medium + pro) and employ experts in fundraising, marketing automation, analytics and digital campaigning.
