Unlike traditional donation forms, Smart gives you your own payment contracts, allowing you to remain flexible and independent while operating your donation solution cost-effectively.
The integrated tracking is more flexible than conventional solutions and allows you to seamlessly track all statistics, sessions, cancellations, conversions, etc. This gives you full control over your performance marketing and allows you to intelligently automate your donor journeys.
Another important advantage is that with Soulclick, all data is owned by your organization. Your account is operated separately as software-as-a-service in the cloud. We do not share this data with third parties.
Can I upgrade my product later?
Upgrades to a higher-value product or additional optional features can be added and upgraded at any time, even during operation.
This means with Soulclick you can start small and gradually add more valuable features as your digital fundraising grows.
Your personal login always remains the same. You continue to have full access to your historical data, but simply get more functions and options when you upgrade.
What are the setup costs?
For Smart we charge a one-time license fee of CHF 4'500.- plus installation fee, possible integrations and services. The initial license fee helps us keep the running costs low and makes us an attractive alternative to donation forms with transaction-based pricing models.
What are the costs of operation?
For the operation of the software (license, hosting, updates, backups, etc.) a monthly SLA fee is billed - This starts at CHF 225.- / month. Additional features such as CRM & analytics integrations, increase the ongoing fees.
We do not charge any transaction-based fees but only transparent fixed fees. However, we offer preferential conditions with payment partners (1.2 - 1.4% depending on the payment method) or integrate already existing contracts.
