About Soulclick
Who operates the SaaS platform Soulclick?
Soulclick is developed by Marketing Monkeys GmbH, a renowned digital agency based in the canton of Solothurn. The agency specializes in marketing tech topics and provides services in the areas of web development, marketing automation and e-commerce, primarily for non-profit organizations, charitable organizations and associations.
Soulclick sets new standards in digital fundraising and enables even small charities to conduct outstanding online fundraising while remaining independent.
What are the main advantages of using Soulclick?
Form is a platform that not just provides an optimized form, but also supports you throughout the entire donor journey to carry your stories into the world. You create landing pages and campaign pages, which you can then display and measure across all channels. You have full control and sovereignty over your data. We also do not charge percentage-based transaction fees, but instead rely on transparent and predictable fixed costs.
Can I only use Soulclick as a classic NPO / aid organization?
Our customers are as diverse as the definition of a non-profit organization. The software is suitable for small and large associations, foundations, cooperatives, groups, federations and many more. Our customers are active in various fields: Sports, culture, politics, development aid, emergency aid, animal rights, climate protection etc.

What technology does Soulclick run on?
Soulclick uses a wide range of technologies, frameworks, and programming languages. Soulclick Manager brings together the individual background processes and tools on one platform and presents them in a user-friendly way.
The business logic of our donation tools is based on the open-source framework Django (Python). Open-source technology has the advantage that regular innovations and security updates are activated and updated by thousands of developers.
In addition to Soulclick Manager, customers also get access to their own CMS. Complete websites can also be created using the same technology or CMS. We would be happy to provide you with a non-binding offer.
A special feature of Soulclick is that each product can be tailored and adapted to the needs of individual organizations. This ensures optimal alignment with the respective requirements.
Am I bound to Soulclick if I build the website on the same CMS?
If you decide on a complete digital presence in addition to the donation portal, this will be integrated as a custom web application in the same CMS.
However, the website will be built as an independent Django app so that it can be detached from the donation tool and operated independently at any time. In addition, we only use open source technology, which also allows you to work with other partners.
Is Soulclick also suitable for high transaction volumes?
Yes, Soulclick is suitable for high volumes of requests and donations. The software is equally suitable for both small and large organizations with low or high traffic and transaction volumes. To ensure performance under difficult conditions, the software is regularly tested for security and reliability.
The integrated payment solution is also used in large corporate applications and is characterized by high security and scalability. It meets the highest security standards (PCI Level 1) and is regularly checked by companies, auditors and the PCI Committee.
For hosting, updates and back-ups, attention is paid to the individual situation of each customer. On request, a customized service offer can be created to best meet your needs and requirements.

Setup & Implementation
How long does the launch of Soulclick take?
The implementation time depends on the product you choose. With Soulclick Smart, the setup takes around 2-4 weeks. However, if you already have payment contracts in place, the setup can be completed in a few hours.
With Soulclick Form and Web, setup takes a little longer, as you open individual fundraising campaigns and/or set up a complete website. Based on experience, setup including content entry takes 4-8 weeks. The fastest managed to do it in 2-4 weeks.
Do I have to set up my account myself?
The Soulclick products are designed to be “self-service friendly”. Nevertheless, we provide you with close support during the implementation, answer your questions and train your team intensively in the use of the donation tool.
Are there also training courses for the product?
All new customers receive initial training as standard. This lasts 1 hour and is typically conducted with fundraisers and web/content managers. We also record the training so that you can watch it again at a later date or make it available to new staff members.
We also offer personal follow-up training and digital fundraising training on request. Please contact us for a non-binding offer.
How do I embed Soulclick Form into my website?
The i-frame donation form is easily integrated into the code of your website. We are happy to support you and your web agency with the integration.
You generate the code snippet in the Soulclick Manager after you have gone through the configuration of your donation form (e.g. adjust styling, fonts, etc.).
How is Soulclick integrated into my Google Analytics account?
During setup, we also advise you on tracking and digital analytics. Typically, a separate property is created for the Soulclick accounts in the existing Analytics account. If you already have standardized naming conventions, we will adopt them. Otherwise, we will be happy to advise you and offer you a best-practice setup.
On request, all Soulclick accounts can also be equipped with advanced e-commerce tracking. We also have standard modules for this, which will quickly get you to a good level.
How do I integrate Soulclick into my existing CRM database?
We already offer standard connectors and integrations for a large number of CRM solutions (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Care NG, etc.).
We also offer the option of integration via REST API or webhooks. For the integration, we plan an onboarding call with your CRM stakeholders (agency, internal owner, etc.) and clarify the integration in detail.
In addition, we conclude an integration agreement with all parties involved in which the division of tasks and deliverables are clearly defined.
